Our tile and grout cleaning service begins with our technicians examining your tile floor to ensure they use the appropriate cleaning method. They'll also check to see if there are any places where the grout is damaged.

We will prepare the areas surrounding the tile, making sure not to disturb any carpeted or hardwood floors. At this point, all movable furniture will be moved prior to cleaning. Our technicians then sweep up the area of any loose debris and thoroughly vacuum the entire area, maximizing the results we obtain. As in any cleaning process, dry soil removal is the most important.

We use the highest quality products. The cleaning agent sprayed over the entire surface of your tile is the most scientifically advanced tile cleaner on the market.

Complex and difficult areas are agitated manually with a brush in grout lines and for really challenging heavy use areas, a mechanical rotating brush is employed. The entire flooris then cleaned using our truck mounted state of the art self-contained pressure cleaning and vacuuming system. With our "Spinner tool" attachment these machines force hot water on and into your tile and grout while extracting the dirt.

A rinse solution is pumped through the machine during cleaning, sanitizing and balancing the pH of your floor.

Finally, after cleaning our technicians will initiate a walk through with you to ensure you’re happy with your clean tile and go over results before leaving.
